Security and privacy

Future Decoded is committed to the highest standards of Customer Privacy and Data Security.
The Metis360 platform is secure by design, in order to meet the highest standards in any communication condition. We apply multiple layers of data security at any given point and customer data is never stored without encryption. Also, we use only top-rated solutions and service providers in terms of infrastructure security. The data center where we host the customers’ data has the highest number of security standards – SOC 1/ISAE 3402, SOC 2, SOC 3, FISMA, DIACAP, and FedRAMP, PCI DSS Level 1, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018. Our excellence in platform security is periodically confirmed by external audits conducted by experts in the field. Additionally, we employ a variety of technical, procedural, and physical controls to deliver analytics solutions in a secure and privacy-protective manner. Data protection capabilities are in place where appropriate, including device resident data aggregation, data minimization, redaction and obfuscation capabilities.

Furthermore, our solutions are designed to enable a positive, innovative and stable device experience for consumers in a mobile-first world. We strongly believe that all consumers deserve a transparent view and solid understanding of the services that enable their mobile devices. Users can choose to opt-in or opt-out for the platform any time they want. The communication is done always in a very transparent manner and we’ll always inform them regarding what data is being collected, who has access to it and for what purpose. Our software does not detect any user communications, such as the content of web pages, contacts, email or text message content, or key presses. At predetermined intervals, the device is requesting a secure encrypted channel to an authenticated network server. Diagnostic metrics are transmitted through this encrypted channel to our state-of-the-art server environment.

Throughout our projects, we partner with our enterprise customers to achieve appropriate transparency so that their privacy policies and user terms of service appropriately describe the diagnostics and analytics data solutions achieved through our service. We have built a variety of consumer consent features to enable our customers to easily incorporate our solutions into their existing privacy notices and programs. We respect our customers’ diverse compliance and policy requirements related to consumer consent and have created a menu of features to help promote and implement appropriate consumer facing options and consent capabilities.
